How we’re organized
Golden Z runs on five departments, each responsible for a different part of how the chapter works.
Advocacy & Programs
Plans the events and campaigns Golden Z runs on issues affecting women and girls.
- Organizes campus talks and workshops
- Runs advocacy campaigns tied to Zonta’s global focus areas
- Coordinates signature events, including our annual Chartering Ceremony
Partnerships & Outreach
Builds the relationships that let Golden Z work beyond campus.
- Reaches out to hospitals and clinics across Toronto
- Connects with U of T faculties, including Nursing and Public Health
- Liaises with other Zonta clubs on collaboration and sponsorship
Communications
Runs Golden Z’s public voice.
- Manages social media and newsletters
- Maintains this website
- Keeps departments in sync with each other
Fundraising
Raises the funds behind Golden Z’s work.
- Plans fundraising events and campaigns
- Manages sponsorship relationships with Zonta clubs and partners
- Tracks and reports on funds raised
Podcast - Built By Her
Produces our podcast featuring women building things in their fields, from the interview to the final edit.
